  31. is there to *be a standard*, i.e. to be consistent so that people can
  32. rely on it and it doesn't get changed by some random person.

  40. I read about this the first time in this very moment. I have yet to
  41. look into the real thing (a bit complicated, since I'm on easter
  42. vacation), but I don't think that "we will be amused"...
